About Jared Meyer
One of the greatest myths of our day is that we should be able to face our problems alone and we ought not to need help. We all struggle and we each face unique challenges that we were never meant to bear alone. Sometimes we feel stuck, overwhelmed, confused, anxious, and any number of other emotions that leave us unsure of whether we can bear another day of the status quo experience of our lives.
I thoroughly enjoy working with adult individuals and couples braving the tough and rewarding work of therapy. My approach is to provide a safe environment that invites each client to openly and honestly explore their goals of counseling, form a collaborative relationship to face the unique challenges together and develop a partnership that creates space for self-understanding, processing, healing and growth toward realizing the true self. I am honored to do this work and would be happy to explore working together. Feel free to reach out with more questions.
