Our thoughts have a profound impact on the stories we live by. My approach to our time together is to provide a safe space for you to explore how your thoughts are impacting various parts of your life. Our thoughts impact our emotions and our behaviors. We can often feel stuck with how things are, and this can lead us to have a difficult time seeing how things could be different. As we identify and work through areas in your life where you feel stuck, you’ll find yourself on the journey towards healing and wholeness.

I have spent much of my professional life in places where connection matters. I worked as a 3rd-grade teacher for many years and then had the privilege of coaching teachers to help them create the classroom they desired. Most recently, I worked for a social-emotional learning (SEL) company, where I created curriculum and gave professional development to educators in various parts of the nation. I love meeting people where they are and empowering them to live out their dreams and values.

As a Latina, I see and experience the world through a multicultural lens and will engage in each session with a high value for each client’s unique cultural background. I enjoy working with adults and children and believe that throughout our life, there is always room for our stories to change and grow so that we can live the life we desire.
