My Philosophy
Welcome to a place where you can heal, grow, and discover yourself.
I believe that each person is unique and made up of many different parts. I take an approach that’s centered on you as an individual, tailoring my methods to fit your needs. I draw from various theories like relational-cultural therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and more to help guide our sessions.
I’m committed to creating a space where everyone feels affirmed and supported, regardless of their background. I understand the importance of considering things like race, sexuality, disability, and gender in our work together.
In our sessions, we’ll explore the patterns that might be holding you back from connecting with others or reaching your goals. Together, we’ll break those patterns and work towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.
I have extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from childhood to adulthood. However, I specialize in working with clients aged 13 and older.
