My Philosophy

I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is rooted in understanding the whole person and how life experiences, relationships, personal values, and life circumstances influence mental health. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change.

I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, and ACT, to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll build insight and practical skills that support healing and personal growth.

I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, college students, and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and loss, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship difficulties. Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult season or looking to better understand yourself, my goal is to help you develop the insight and tools needed to move toward a life that feels more balanced, authentic, and fulfilling.
