Group Counseling at Oakwood Roots

Group counseling is a unique experience that gives you space to explore issues with a few other participants and a facilitating clinician in a safe, confidential space.  We regularly offer a variety of groups for different populations, and these groups can be used as a supplement to individual counseling, or as a lower cost alternative to individual counseling.
