My Philosophy
In life’s storm of tough situations, thoughts, and emotions I aim to provide a safe, grounded space to explore your background, history, and current context. As a counseling intern with training experience related to relationships, anxiety, body-image difficulties, and other unique situations, my professional goal is to walk through life alongside my clients. I strive for everyone I work with to feel seen and heard in session. As we grow together, I will utilize systems thinking, cognitive-behavioral approaches, and values-based interventions to work toward YOUR goals
