I draw from various theories like relational-cultural therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and more to help guide our sessions.

I have extensive experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from childhood to adulthood. However, I specialize in working with clients aged 13 and older.
