About Jocellyne: My name is Jocellyne Guerra and I am a licensed marriage and family therapist-associate (LMFT-A) under the supervision of Dr. Chi-Sing Li. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas A&M University and my Master’s degree in Counseling, with a specialization in marriage, couples, and family therapy from Sam Houston State University. I have experience in treating children, adolescents, adults, and couples with issues like depression, anxiety, grief, gender identity, sexuality, sexual concerns, and marital/relationship issues. I have a passion for working with the LGBTQ+ community and wish to contribute to the resources available to this community in the College Station/Bryan area. My hope for this group is that there is a safe space for us to come together as we discuss issues that affect the LGBTQ+ community and are relevant to being part of this community. I hope to create a space where we can provide support for one another and sense of community.
